1. Fully funded or subsidised hearing aids with the Australian Government Hearing Services Program

  1. Amplifon will check your eligibility for fully funded hearing aids and services through the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP).
  2. Eligibility criteria applies.
  3. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
  4. Amplifon always offer a fully funded hearing aid solution under the HSP funded hearing aids.
  5. HSP clients can purchase a maintenance plan which will not exceed $50.40 - this will cover the cost of batteries, earmold renewals, repairs, ear-hook replacements, adjustments & re-programming (if required), replacement of tubing, wax guards and cords of the hearing aids.

2. Hearing test free of charge (screening) for everyone 18 years and over

  1. Amplifon is offering hearing tests free of charge to everyone 18 years and over.
  2. This is a basic screening check to determine if hearing loss is present.
  3. We may recommend an advanced hearing assessment. Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be funded for this advanced hearing assessment appointment so there is no cost to the client. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.

3. Advanced Hearing Assessment (also known as a Comprehensive Hearing Assessment) at no cost to you:

  1. Amplifon is offering advanced hearing assessment free of charge for select customers.
  2. To qualify, the client must have received a letter, call, email, flyer, partnership offer or filled in your contact details on specific digital advertising from Amplifon.
  3. Advanced hearing assessment must be booked by 31st January.
  4. Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be funded the appointment so there is no cost to the client. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
  5. Customers must be 18 years and older to be eligible for this offer.

4. Amplifon Hearing Aid Free Trial

  1. Free trial is subject to a hearing assessment with hearing loss identified
  2. In the event that the hearing aid/s are damaged or not returned, Amplifon reserves the right to charge the client up to 100% of the value of the device/s.
  4. Trial is for up to 14 days.
  5. Free trial excludes devices fully subsidized by the Hearing Services Program
  6. 14 day trial begins on the date of the fitting.
  7. Amplifon remain the owner of the hearing aid/s during the trial period and until such time they are paid in full.
  8. The client may not reassign, transfer and/or sell the hearing devices.
  9. The client agrees to:
    1. Follow instructions provided by Amplifon for the proper use of the hearing aids.
    2. Use the hearing device/s solely for the purpose for which they are intended to be used
    3. Properly store the hearing device/s in their storage container provided by Amplifon, when not in use
    4. Not do any act which is likely to damage or alter the condition of the hearing device/s
